The Task:
Much like the previous year when we supplied our services to this event, AN Event Services were asked to supply a number of stylish exhibition stands to display graphics from the five divisions of DMGT along with a welcoming/registration stand and a stand for one of the client groups. In addition to this we were also asked to provide the staging, sound and lighting in the presentation suite along with our technical services.
The Solution:
In the created foyer, we provided five metro stands complete with graphics of each of the five divisions. The supplier of the graphics was sought by us and was someone we have had previous experience with on many of our jobs. In addition to this, two 42" plasma screens were also set up for the stand highlighting one of the client groups and also helped to emphasise more clearly what they were about.
In the main presentation room a 6m x 3m stage was built complete with pyramid lectern and a Sanyo 200 projector in which to project the presentation that day. The result was a clear and crisp projection. In addition to this, two 60" plasmas were set up down one side of the room and were used to switch between live video relay of the presenter and the presentation itself. In addition to this we used a digital mixer and switcher which helped to ensure that the sound on the day was crystal clear.
The Result:
The equipment and services that we provided on the day matched all the needs that were given on the day resulting in a perfectly smooth conference day that was highly professional and well organised. The feedback we have received on the event has been highly positive and we look forward to working alongside DMGT on future events.
